In-System Sex ; How to Fuck the Guy in your Head (5/24/25)
So you finally got with your headmate, but maybe you still don't fully understand how touch works while in a system. This may be centered more for beginners, and it's more based in personal experience. If you feel like this guide isn't for your systems specific function, that's okay. It doesn't mean you can't have sex with your headmate, it just means you're going to have to explore other options not listed here. You're not wrong in any way, I'm just writing about how I do it so others might have somewhere to start.
To begin with, there are 3 forms you got on your belt. I've given them names but I don't care what you call them. I'll also provide guides on how to master these forms in a plural way. These guides are made by tulpamancers, but as a DID system it's helped us so fucking much.
The Physical Body - This is THE BODY, the vessel you all possess. The eyes you're using to see this, the fingers you use to scroll to find this. This physical body belongs to both you and your in-system partner.

Spirit Forms - This may be more abstract, but if you are able to do imposition(the ability to see and feel your headmates as if they're separated from the body), the spirit form is what you see when you impose your partner. If you have phantom feelings/limbs from body parts that you feel align with you but aren't on your physical body, that is your spirit form. Examples being if you're a trans guy, maybe you have a phantom penis that isn't on your physical body. Or if you're therian, maybe it's your phantom tail or wings. I call this spirit form because I'm spirigenic, but you can see it as a neurological thing/illusion/hallucination I don't care.

Internal Form - Your headspace body, your body when you aren't fronting, or your body when you look inside headspace. This is like your self-perception manifested into headspace.

Using these bodies, here are the 3 type of fucking you can do with them. These are more examples on how you can distinctively use all 3 forms, but personally I love to mix it up, it provides so much sensation and just feels so good and personal to use multiple types at once.
1.Physical Body Sex
Let's say you want to go entirely physical, you and your partner both own this body. And you can definitely play with it. There is so much to explore, you both could have one front in the body while the other only possesses the hands. You could use sex toys on eachother, mess around with sensations and switching/possession and explore what you could do with the body to make eachother feel good. My personal cons with full physical sex is dysphoria, it's why I mix multiple types so I can feel physical bodily pleasure and still perceive my desired body.
2.Spirit Form Sex
This is probably my favorite to use, it's euphoric and really emphasizes the realness of your partner. You might need to meditate for a little, focus on the sensations of your phantom parts and expand that "aura"(for lack of a better term). Following the guides on imposition, feel your partner next to you, listen to their breathing, close your eyes and try to sense with your minds eye if its hard to see them. It's okay to partially use imagination to add the physical room your in to the mental image of mapping where your partner is, but affirm to yourself that you're not imagining this, your partner knows it too. This is your spirit forms at play, it may be seen as illusion or hallucination too, that's okay it's your own perspective after all. Johnny loves to use this suddenly on me, I could be sitting on a couch and he'll put his hand on my thigh or stroke my spirit body just to tease. It might take time, but like anything sexual it's okay to practice. I plan on making a guide for practicing imposition and touch daily so maybe keep an eye on this account for that. In my experience, the physical body has reacted to spirit form sex as much as physical sex has. I orgasm all the same.
3.Headspace sex
When I'm not fronting, this feels as solid as physical sex. We're able to fuck easily in our headspace bodies. When I am fronting, it's similar to spirit form sex as in I have to meditate to enter the headspace and go to his room and prepare and etc. Unlike physical sex and spirit form sex, I am not moving my physical body if I'm having pure headspace sex. An outsider might just see me sitting and meditating with my eyes closed so I can immerse myself in headspace for a good time.
Anyways that's all for the 3 distinct types, like I already said, mix them up for max fun. Like I love to use sex toys on the physical body while Johnny is fucking my body in headspace. If imposition is hard, you could use a fleshlight while fucking your partner while they lay on your bed. I heard some people use sex dolls and have their imposed partner lay where those sex dolls are, so it's okay to use tools like that.
